Jorge Manrique Secondary School was a project by Jerónimo Arroyo, a local architect. Construction started in 1908 and it finished in 1915.
Jorge Manrique Secondary School is square-shaped. It has an inner patio to light up the corridors. Each of the four corners of the building has got a square tower.
In the staircase there is a stained glass window made by Mauméjean. The iron was used in the building as a decorative element.
